Lara Price Blues Band

The Lara Price Blues Band transcends the blues and crosses a line into music that is unequivocally superb. The journey of the Lara Price Blues Band includes four great CDs, a tour across the USA and China, and many performances at world renowned festivals such as the Monterey Blues Festival, San Jose Jazz Festival and Summer Solstice Blues Festival in Massachusetts. Lara and her band have shared the bill with headliners Etta James, Little Richard, James Brown, Bobby Blue Bland and many more. The band is currently featured on the Ruf Records international release "Blues Guitar Women" and has been written up as the "Hot Pick" on the CD by Guitar One
Magazine. Band members are: guitar phenom Laura Chavez, Jack Cannon on bass, "Baldhead" Fred Rautmann plays drums, and Alex Specht is on keyboards. The band was well received their first time at the West Side Theatre. We are delighted to have them back.
