BEYOND ICEBREAKERS TRAINING

This is a day of training that includes lunch. The course is supported by Agile Boston and that is the reason for the amazing price of $50 per person.

The focus of this training in on activities and exercises teams can use to become better teams. This is an experiential workshop based on the book BEYOND ICEBREAKERS. During this workshop you will engage in over 20 different team exercises and team activities as outlined in the book. Your instructor is trained by the authors of this book.

This is important training for team members, Scrum Masters, in-house coaches and professional agile coaches seeking more cohesion and collaboration inside their teams. if you are working as a professional Agile person, you do not want to miss this learning event.
