Cathy's workshop is phenomenal. It reminded me of why I love acting in the first place. As actors we are called to reveal ourselves in our deepest capacity and connect with the audience and the reader in the room. It is a gift- in what other profession is it our job to be as vulnerable as possible? I also found this workshop a reminder that we MUST connect with the reader in a vulnerable and authentic way before we say the lines on the script.
