To redeem your Gift Certificate, email Made in Brooklyn Tours with the Ticket Number and your desired tour at least five (5) days in advance. Visit Made in Brooklyn Tours for all tours, dates and starting points.

- Gift Certificates are valid for any regularly scheduled Made in Brooklyn Tours.
- Reservations are required five (5) days in advance and subject to availability.
- All sales are final.
- Gift Certificate is not transferable or refundable.
-There are no partial refunds for no shows, late arrivals or partial attendance.
- Made in Brooklyn Tours is not responsible for lost Gift Certificates or confirmations.
- Must present Gift Certificate at the start of the tour.
- Waiver is required for participation.
- Tours are held rain or shine and are not wheelchair accessible or pet friendly.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
