A Christmas Treasury of Song Director: Laura Leigh Musical Director: Don Krieger
This joyful Christmas concert will take place on December 20, 2015 at 4 pm at the Gualala Arts Center in the Coleman Auditorium.
The concert includes a rich lineup of performers including the first-ever live child nativity with children ages two though 13 years old. A group of children from Action Network will sing a traditional Spanish song about Mary and Joseph not finding room at the Inn in Bethlehem.
Christmas carolers will sing many well known carols. Featured soloists are Shayla Buechner, Pat Wilson, Bryn Harris, Lily McFarland, Dale (Farina), Laurie Krieger, Sam Parsons, and Monica Moore. John Handle, Scott Ignacio, Jeff McFarland and Jennifer Spangler will also be singing holiday songs.
This concert will focus on celebrating the holidays and is kid-friendly, so a short program of about an hour is planned. Everyone is welcome!
Brownies and candy canes donated by Art Edibles, and hot chocolate and apple juice donated by Gualala Arts will be offered in the foyer after the show. Many community members will also be bringing cookies to share. Santa Clause will be there too!
Tickets are available in person at the Gualala Arts Center and Dolphin Gallery in Gualala, and are $10 for adults and $5 for Youth (17 and under).
