The Cockentrice will be presenting a 5 course dinner hosted by whiskey expert Casey Teague. The dinner will be held on Monday night November 2, 2015 at 7 pm.

Parried with Richland Rum and American Spirit Whiskey Carpano Bianco, Manzanilla Sherry, Lemon, Reagan's and Bookers Bitters
First Course Crispy Pâté Campagne, Muscadine Espuma, Corn Bread
Paired with - American Spirit With Combier, Vanilla, Krogstad Aquavit, Barrel Aged
Second course Lobster, Flageolet Beans, Parmesan Crème, Tarragon, Crispy Prosciutto
Paired with Independent Corn Whiskey with Pomegranate, Cranberry Syrup, Ginger and Orange Bitters.
Third course Pork Cheek, Prune, Jerusalem Artichoke, Fermented Sweet Potato Greens
Paired with Independent Rum with Prune Skin infused Rum, Campari and Carpano Antico, Flamed Orange Peal
Dessert Pumpkin, Butterscotch, Spiced Satsuma
Paired with Richland Rum Infused with Pumpkin Sweet Potato, Cinnamon, and Cardamom with Lemon Twist
