Ninerstrong: A CrossFit Competition to Raise Funds for Mike Gratz
Come out and join your CrossFit community for a fundraiser competition for one of our own, Mike Gratz, to support him and his family as he battles clear cell sarcoma. The event will be held at Mighty Warrior Crossfit in Brownstown, MI
This will be a one WOD competition, designed for crossfitters and non-crossfitters alike, to come out and participate, and have some fun.
When: Saturday November 14th, 2015 10am-2pm

9 minute AMRAP
9 Deadlift
9 Power Clean
9 Power Snatch
135#/90# (scaled is an option, but will eliminate you from prize eligibility)

Ticket includes a spot to compete in the WOD, a NinerStrong T-shirt, and a catered lunch. Prizes go to the top 3 finishers in Men's and Women's Rx. Heat assignments will be announced one week prior to the competition.
