Victorian Herbal Remedies
Heal a snake bite! Soothe a burn! Ease a sneeze! This class will cover medicinal remedies used during the 18th and 19th centuries (and beyond) such as Garlic, Plantain, St. Johns Wort, Goldenrod, and more.
Learn how illnesses and injuries were treated using plants that could be found growing wild in the outdoors or in the kitchen pantry. The class will also cover how to make infusions, tinctures, and salves.
Rebecca Fey Collins is an Herbalist, Astrologer, and certified Reiki Master. She studied as an herbal apprentice at Flower Power Herbs and Roots for 6 years and has also studied at herb and flower/gem essence workshops with teachers such as Julia Graves, Matthew Wood, Ed Smith, and Linda Cohen.
