Energy Play: Experiencing the Intangible
We live in a world where everyone and everything is energy. We see energy that is in solid form, but have a hard time conceptualizing the energy around and inside us that most people cannot see. This workshop is about exploring various ways of experiencing that "invisible" energy through our different senses.

Renata is a Healing Touch Practitioner and intuitive healer. The majority of her energy work is comprised of Healing Touch, taught through Healing Touch Program - though she is known to slip in some Ayurvedic Energy Medicine and Reiki when needed. Ren also uses several complementary methods including Spiritual Response Therapy, essential oils, and gua sha. She feels that all healing is self-healing, and thus facilitates the healing process in others by serving as a conduit for her clients' highest good. Other passions include sexual health education and research, working to empower queer youth, and pushing a self-care agenda.
