Scenic City Supper Club -- Fall Dinner
We are excited to announce our third Scenic City Supper Club event, a Fall Artisan Dinner featuring Local Milk! Tennessee-native Beth Kirby is a photographer, stylist, creative consultant, and recipe developer, as well as the creator of the food, travel, & lifestyle blog Local Milk (the 2014 winner of SAVEUR's "Best Food Blog" for photography). As her 472,000 Instagram followers can attest, Beth's inspired living centered around sustainable food, the beauty of the mundane, the art of slow living, and travel has reached an international audience, and her work has been featured in Food & Wine, Better Homes and Gardens, Huffington Post, Food52, Kinfolk.com, The Kitchn, Saveur, and more. For our next Scenic City Supper Club, Beth will be curating and styling a special evening to shed light on small artisans in Chattanooga who deserve our attention. Beth's selection of local artisans will be supported by Chefs Erik Niel, Peter Barlow, and Milton White (of Easy Bistro & Bar and Main Street Meats) to bring you a delightful and intimate dinner on Sunday, November 15th from 7-10pm. The dinner will take place at Cloudcrest Farm, a beautiful farm in Rossville, Georgia, just 7 miles from Chattanooga. While we're still putting the finishing details on the menu, guests can expect dishes to highlight the bounty from the season's harvest earthy, rustic, colorful food. The meal will include two passed hors d'oeuvres and five additional courses (including a cheese and juice course). Cocktails will be crafted by Alex Jump, the Bar Manager of Easy Bistro & Bar and Main Street Meats; beer and wine will also be served.
