SYNOPSIS In San Francisco's Fillmore jazz district, a grieving woman and her teenage son struggle over her husband's death and what his spirit has left behind. She wants to protect her son from repeating the mistakes his father made as a free-spirited musician, while the son wants to preserve his father's legacy.
