The 36th Annual NACE Rocky Mountain Section seminar will be held on Thursday and Friday, January 21st and 22nd, 2016 at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, 1775 E. Cheyenne Mountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80906.

To pre-register by check, please complete the registration form found on the flyer you were mailed and mail your payment to the address listed on the flyer. Contact Jake Weese (JWeese@CSU.org) if you need a copy of the registration form or any further information.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

Registration fee includes seminar attendance, hospitality suite Wednesday night, full breakfast Thursday morning, lunch Thursday, social hour Thursday evening, complimentary shuttle service on Thursday evening, and full breakfast Friday morning.


BOOKING A HOTEL ROOM FOR THE EVENTS:

A special room rate is available to those identifying themselves as affiliated with the "NACE Rocky Mountain Short Course" for $99.00 per night. Please contact the Double Tree Hotel directly at (719) 576-8900 for hotel accommodations or visit their website dirrectly by Clicking Here

to book your hotel stay via the website they setup specifically for the Short Course. Please be sure to mention your affiliation with the Short Course when booking your reservation, each hotel accommodation helps support the seminar. The hotel will guarantee this rate for all reservations made before January 8th, 2016.


RECTIFIER COURSE:

We are pleased to be able to offer the 3nd Annual two (2) day Rectifier Training Course, preceding the Short Course. The class will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 19th and 20th. The Rectifier Course is only open to the first twenty five (25) participants, so register early to reserve a spot. The Rectifier Course is available by pre-registration only and costs $350 per NACE Member and $400 per Non-Member.

A separate agenda will be mailed to each class participate prior to arrival. Registration fee will include the training course attendance, morning and evening snacks/refreshments and a full lunch both Tuesday and Wednesday. The $99.00 per night hotel rate applies to this course as well, again, be sure to mention your affiliation with the Short Course when booking your reservation.


INTRO TO CORROSION COURSE:

We are happy to announce this year that we'll be offering a new one (1) day Intro to Corrosion course that will be held on Wednesday, January 20th. The Intro to Corrosion course is only open to the first thirty (30) participants. The Intro to Corrosion Course is available by pre-registration only and costs $50 per NACE Member and $100 per Non-Member.

A separate agenda will be mailed to each class participate prior to arrival. Registration fee will include the training course attendance, morning and evening snacks/refreshments and a full lunch. The $99.00 per night hotel rate applies to this course as well, again, be sure to mention your affiliation with the Short Course when booking your reservation.
