COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This is a 2-day experiential course on creating rapid and lasting Agile adoptions across multiple teams, using the OpenSpace Agility technique as described in the book THE OPENSPACE AGILITY HANDBOOK.

This course is appropriate for any leader in any organization that wants to encourage genuine and lasting cultural change. The OSA method is widely applicable and can be used to introduce any kind of change into any organization, well BEYOND Agile. (See also: http://www.Prime-OS.com)
