Please join us on Sunday evening, December 13th from 6pm - 9pm for our first annual fundraiser for the establishment and flourishment of Idaho Wallflowers!

Performances will be by a wide array of friends whom are artists, musicians, and children sharing the same passions. Our efforts raised from this evening's concert and silent auction will allow us to take our passion of music, arts, and love of Idaho to benefit St. Luke's Children's Hospital, Special Olympics of Idaho, the Idaho Autism Community, and The Boys and Girls Club of Garden City. Please come and support the Idaho Wallflowers!

Featuring Nicole Christensen, Chuck Smith, Jon Hyneman, Mike Seifrit, David Gluck, Scott Reusser, Clay Moore, Frank Marra, Camden Hughes, Christian Housel & more!

General Seating: $35 online ($40 at the door)
Preferred Seating: $50 online ($55 at the door)

Nicole Christensen

Singing since she could talk, music has always been an expression of her soul.

Lying under her grandparent's console stereo, the whirring of the record, the needle finding the groove, and the magic finding the air, there Nicole fell in love with the wonderment of music. Her grandfather, Ted Ellis, a large supporter of Jazz, former Mayor of Garden City and integral Founder of The Boys and Girls Club in Garden City, strongly fostered this appreciation through exposure and encouragement into Nicole, which became the foundation for her craft.

A seasoned and established Jazz Singer, she can be found twice per week at Chandlers, and in constant rotation at The Arid Club, Spurwing Country Club, Bar 365, Private Events and annually at The Sun Valley Jazz In the Park Series. Next year she is looking forward to being part of The Brownsville Latin Jazz Festival in Texas.

A writer and photographer for Eagle Magazine and Greenbelt Magazine, Nicole is very enthusiastic in beginning  similar work for Sun Valley Property Magazine and loves her native great state of Idaho. An artist, Nicole loves painting and has created many pieces in recent years, some are murals downtown in Freak Alley. Nicole is currently working on an original album, compositions and lyrics, to be completed and shared out this summer. "I love children and completely enjoy teaching in a Special Needs Classroom. I think a passion for teaching is ingrained in my soul, and I love seeing a child discover and actualize their worth."

An advocate of the Arts and extremely active in her community, Nicole's heart is not about her at all. "My passion and purpose for my life's vision is to bring and instill the love of music, art, and appreciation of Idaho to all children. This is a grass roots effort. We all have something to offer, can make a difference, and impact a life forever. Providing unpretentious workshops by local artists, musicians, and souls in love with our state that are willing to share their knowledge, I know the efforts of Idaho Wallflowers will have the butterfly effect."

Please join us in support on Sunday Evening, December 13th from 6-9 for our first annual Fundraiser for the establishment and flourishment of Idaho Wallflowers.
