Farm Fire Feast Featuring Chefs Stacey Givens & Ken Narcavage
The Side Yard Farms' Stacey Givens hosts Lemelson Vineyards for a HOT night of food and drink in the greenhouse on Friday the 13th. The chefs are digging pits and building fires for a family style supper cooked over open flames and paired with hand picked wines by Lemelson Vineyards. Its seed to plate all the way, sourcing produce from within the Ne Cully Neighborhood, the urban farm district of Portland. Expect a neighbor's goats milk cheese, edible wild weeds, urban veggies and honey to feature on the menu. Oh yeah, we will be dining in a greenhouse so dress warm!
