Please join us for a dinner featuring the exquisite white truffles of Alba, Italy. White truffles are precious and extremely rare, and their season only lasts a few months. On this special evening, chefs Mark Sullivan and John Madriaga will be cooking an exclusive multi-course menu that highlights the truffles in a series of classic presentations. Sommelier Lauren Kemp will be pouring a very special selection of wines that pair perfectly with white truffles.
