Albert Einstein Academy Tour

Join AIASD for an informative tour of the Albert Einstein Academy Charter School on November 24, 2015.

This school tour offers a great opportunity to visit an adaptively reused building (a former hospital) to serve the unique needs of K-8 immigrant/ESL students. The design-team and leaders from the school will offer an interpretive experience that demonstrates category-leading energy efficiency combined with outstanding design to provide a facility (located in Grant Hill, just east of downtown) that allows students to study, play and interact with one another.

The site also includes a beautiful and highly functional landscape design incorporating, among other elements, fruit trees and native plants. A rare opportunity for a hands-on tour led by experts.
