In this experiential workshop you will be challenged to recognize the qualities in yourself that can lead you toward actualizing your deepest desires. You will learn techniques to take obstacles and transform them to work to your advantage, leading you toward lasting change.
Grace Kileys Life Coaching practice emerged from her expertise in Acting and Psychology. She holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She is an actress (SAG, AEA) and acting coach for film and stage, most recently performing in Summerfolk directed by Austin Pendleton at HB Playwrights. She is currently on staff at Trinity La Mama as an Acting Instructor. As a psychotherapist she specialized in dreams, unconscious communication and Jungian theory. Grace lives in New York City and Vermont and is the mother of three grown children.
You can arrive anytime after 6 p.m. The workshop will start at 6:30. There will be networking after the workshop from 8:30 until about 9.
Please bring ID to show at the downstairs door for entry into the building.
