Thankful Harvest
Community Farmers Markets is proud to partner with the Atlanta Preservation Center to host Thankful Harvest on Nov. 15th, a harvest celebration held at the historic Lemuel Pratt Grant Mansion. The beautiful evening will feature cocktails, plenty of seasonal fare and live music in a spirit of gratitude for two wonderful Grant Park community institutions: the Atlanta Preservation Center and the The Grant Park Farmers Market.
Chef Sarah O'Brien of The Little Tart Bakeshop and Chef David Sweeney will prepare a variety of seasonal canapes, more than enough to satisfy a hearty dinner appetite. Bartender Paul Calvert of the new Ticonderoga Club will mix cocktails featuring locally sourced ingredients. Local musician, Peter Webb, will perform at the event, creating a memorable soundscape for the evening. Guests are invited to enjoy the LP Grant Mansion and explore Atlanta's history embedded in this beautiful setting.
Tickets for the event cost $45, which includes entry and all that the event entails, food and beverages included. A portion of the proceeds of the event will benefit the Erskine Fountain Fund and the Grant Park Farmers Market's education and outreach programs.
All guests are encouraged to walk or bike to the event, and please let us know if you've done so when you check in at the party to receive a courtesy product from a CFM vendor.
