Single Cask Nation - Drive-by Jason

It's Jason's third trip to Seattle in 2015, and I'm starting to think that he's just trying to rack up some frequent flier miles!

He'll be visiting The Barrel Thief on Sunday, Nov. 8th, and pouring whiskeys, some of which are familiar, but a few are brand spanking new:

* SCN Midwest Grain Products Rye, New Charred Oak Maturation, 8yo, 60.9% ABV

* Whisky Jewbilee Chicago Festival Bottling, Rye Beer Barrel Matured American Light Whiskey, 8yo, 65.1% ABV

* SCN Westland 100% Washington Barley, Wild Turkey Bourbon Barrel Maturation, 3yo, 62.6% ABV

* SCN Undisclosed Islay, Refill Boubon Hogshead Maturation, 7yo, 57.8% ABV

* SCN Tobermory Heavily Peated, Refill Bourbon Hogshead Maturation, 10yo, 56.7% ABV

* Whisky Jewbilee Seattle Festival Bottling PREVIEW, Bourbon Barrel Married Small Batch Westland

Even if you've had some of these, it will be worth it for the wit and banter.

And we'll also offer, in addition to the above, special on our menu just for one day, a tasting flight of previous SCN releases that we have here at the Thief (Arran 13, Glen Elgin 18, Catoctin Rye 2, etc.)

There are 15 total tickets available for the event, and when they're gone, they're gone...we're doing this one in the back room, so it's cozy. Like a nice glass of Scotch.
