Max Garcia Conover with special guests Morris and the East Coast
Chosen by the NPR Mountain Stage Newsong Contest as one of the best new songwriters in the northeast, Max García Conover invites his audiences to enter into overgrown landscapes and vibrant scenes, to join him as he bushwhacks through life with songs.
Now based happily out of Portland, Maine, Max has jumped around the globe for the last few years. He's lived in Puerto Rico, Spain, Western New York, Coastal Maine, and Taiwan, and has been writing songs throughout. After returning to Maine, he put out his first EP in July 2011 and a second, entitled Birches Lo, in February 2012.
