COTE: Tour of the Irvine Spectrum Office Tower
Great news! The Irvine Company has offered to provide us a tour of the new LEED Gold pre-certified 21-story tower at The Spectrum.
Currently under construction, this new 21-story Office Tower located at 200 Spectrum exceeds California Sustainable code requirements by achieving a LEED Gold pre-certification and an Energy Star rating from the EPA. Attendees will be able to tour the site and building in its final construction phase to review how sustainable systems are constructed, rather than applied after project completion (future tour)
Learning Objectives:
Attendees will review current sustainable code requirements
Attendees will learn about Energy Star ratings
Attendees will learn how LEED Gold is applied in a commercial building
Attendees will review energy saving systems in their final phase of construction
