We are hosting two Thanksgiving classes this year! The first will be held on Saturday, November 14th, and the second will be held on Saturday, November 21st. When purchasing tickets, be sure to click on the drop-down date menu to select your preferred date.
Join us as we welcome you into our kitchen for our annual demonstration-style, Thanksgiving-inspired cooking class. Our team will guide you through the step-by-step process on how to prepare your very own luxurious feast. You will learn how to brine and roast a perfect turkey, as well as prepare a selection of side dishes, including cornbread and duck sausage stuffing, maple-roasted garnet yams, and more. Immediately following instruction, you will enjoy a grand, family-style meal featuring the dishes you helped create, paired with a very special selection of wines.
