Beginning with a welcome drink at 6:30pm, the dinner will feature three courses of Chef Woolery Back's cuisine. Each course will be perfectly paired with Buffalo Trace's award-winning bourbons including Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight, Blanton's Single Barrel, and EH Taylor, Jr. Straight Rye.
Guests will be dining with none other than Harlen Wheatley. Few have earned the right to be called Master Distiller, but since Harlen Wheatley arrived at Buffalo Trace, he's been making some of the best whiskey in the world. Following in the footsteps of greats like Taylor, Stagg, Blanton and Lee, Harlen's dedication to time-honored traditions and ground-breaking innovation, have already become legendary.
Harlen Wheatley, Chef Woolery Back, and Ryan Pernice will be guiding guests through the meal, able to answer questions and share their experiences.
