LGCSF presents Autumn Moods Swings
Welcome the fall season with open arms!
The Lesbian/Gay Chorus of San Francisco and City Swing present "Autumn Mood Swings", two glittering performances of singing and big band jazz. Marvel at the magically transformed Kelly Cullen Community Center resembling a Hollywood supper club of old. LGCSF Artistic and Music Director William Sauerland and City Swing Conductor and trumpeter Bradley Connlain will be your co-hosts.
Since 1984, City Swing, an 18-piece big band, has delighted audiences by bringing to life the sounds of big band jazz and its greatest composers. LGCSF's full chorus, soloists, and small groups will share the stage with the band. Audiences will be enchanted by such vocal classics as "Stardust" and "Chattanooga Choo Choo" and instrumental selections by Count Basie, Duke Ellington, and Glenn Miller.
Adult beverages, snacks, and dancing will be a part of this glitzy evening. To fully enjoy the festivities, audience members are encouraged to don their fancy attire and be ready to dance to the swinging, sensational music. A limited number of Cabaret seats with complimentary glass of wine will be available. "Autumn Mood Swings" is appropriate for all ages. Come see the show!
