Garden House Concert: The Jocelyn Pettit Band
Jocelyn Pettit and her band come down from Canada to grace the Garden House stage with their dynamic and upbeat, traditional and contemporary, and brilliantly fun music. From Celtic to Québécois and beyond, Jocelyn leads the band with her beloved fiddle, Canadian stepdance, podorythmie foot rhythms, and vocals.
Accompaniment is provided by Siew Wan Khoo (piano, fiddle, vocals), Joel Pettit (bodhrán, cajon, vocals), and Dublin-born, Seattle-based multi-instrumentalist Colm MacCárthaigh (guitar).
With a goal to lift spirits and provide enjoyment for people of all ages, The Jocelyn Pettit Band has been performing since 2004, at many community festivals, special events and celebrations, concerts, and private functions.
