DINNERfix - National Pigs In a Blanket Day

Believe it or not, April 24th is dinnerfix and also National Pigs in a Blanket Day. Don't believe us, check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pigs_in_a_blanket. We took this super important holiday and have adapted a tasting menu based on protiens in stuff. Guest Chef appearance by Free Dominguez of the Kindey Thieves. Performing Saturday, April 21st at CULTUREfix, Free will be sticking around to produce April's dinnerfix with us.
Menu:

Course 1: 'Oysters in a blanket'
Cornmeal fried oyster, carpaccio of scallop blanket, siracha tartar sauce, herb crisp

Course 2: 'pig in a blanket'
Slow cooked Malaysian pork belly, tamarind sake reduction, ginger caramel, toasted baozi, mochi

Course 3: 'lobster in a blanket'
Lobster 'sausage', potato 'scales', smoked tomato dressing, lemon jam

Course 4: 'lamb in a blanket'
Moroccan tamale, sticky lamb shoulder, cumin scented carrots, masa, almond chili sauce

Course 5: 'Blanket in a Pig in a blanket'
Pork, Beef, Veal, Mushroom sage stuffing, bacon, corn muffin, green tomato chutney, anchovy ketchup

Course 6: 'peanut butter and jelly in a blanket'
Brioche, Chunky Peanut butter, Grape Jelly, pickled grapes, matcha salt
