Monte Cristo
With an original score by Henry Aronson drawing inspiration from the music of Les Six and musique concrète, this production will use projections, live foley, mime, and movement - all of which are created by a cast of thirteen who never leave the stage - becoming pieces in Monte Cristo's game.
Rather than focusing solely on the revenge motif, this adaptation further explores the themes of memory and madness.
This is an innovative, imaginative and faithful adaptation of Alexandre Dumas' The Count of Monte Cristo by Jared Reinmuth and directed by Cailín Heffernan.
