Doo Wop Dreams
From Connie's Pizza on the South Side of Chicago to the brightest lights of the biggest stages in the world, join four Chicago Boys on their journey to fame. MCL Chicago celebrates the jukebox musical (Jersey Boys, Mamma Mia!, That Thing You Do) with this brand new production. This hybrid musical weaves together improvised premieres, a cappella covers, and original songs that are soon-to-be American standards all while being accompanied with a five piece band. Four men.
