Special Guests: Ocean Experts Karen Chytalo, Assistant Bureau Chief, Bureau of Marine Resources, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation; Sarah Chasis, Director, Oceans Initiative, Natural Resources Defense Council; Adrienne Esposito, Executive Director, Citizens Campaign for the Environment; Greg Capobianco, Director, Ocean and Great Lakes Program, New York State Department of State Ocean Frontiers: The Dawn of a New Era in Ocean Stewardship will be featured, followed by a Q&A panel discussion with ocean experts. This film shows a new perspective of the marine activities taking place throughout the United States. The documentary displays the vast importance of saving the oceans for everyone from small fisherman organizations in the Northwest, to shipping yards in Boston Harbor, and coral reefs in the Florida Keys. We are all dependent on our oceans and it is important to know that stakeholders across the country are working together to find a solution to the depleting ocean condition.
