WSDOT's High Speed Rail Program
Join WTS members and guests for a presentation by the Washington State Department of Transportation on its growing investment in our state's passenger and freight rail networks. Over the next six years, WSDOT will invest nearly $1 billion in federal, state and local funding on operations and rail capital projects, enlisting help from both public and private sector experts. WSDOT's High Speed Rail Program Manager David Smelser will provide an overview WSDOT's strategy for delivering this aggressive program.
