Matt Pavolka Horns Band May 9
The Horns Band is Matt Pavolka's new project that featureswellhorns. It's kind of like his other band except it's different and there are horns. Not just any old horns, and not just any horn players. Kirk Knuffke, Loren Stillman and Jacob Garchik are three of the finest and the collective might of their wind-powered onslaught will leave youbreathless. Add Mark Ferber on drums and Pavolka on bass (and a little trombone, if he's feeling it) along with a whole bunch of new music for them to expound upon and you're talking about an event that may just be worth leaving home for.
