COTE Sustainable Building Tour & General Meeting
Program Participants will be guided through the site and the building by Project Architect Betsey Olenick Dougherty, FAIA, LEED AP BD+C, and Project Design Joe Breidenbach, LEED AP. Betsey and Joe will describe the design and construction process as related to project goals for LEED Silver certification. A representative from the City of Westminster will be present to share the Owner's perspective.

Presenter Bio Betsey Olenick Dougherty, FAIA, LEED AP BD+C is the founding partner of Dougherty + Dougherty Architects, established in 1979 shortly after her graduation from UC Berkeley with a BA and MA of Architecture. The firm specializes in public sector projects with an emphasis on design excellence and sustainability. Ms. Dougherty's involvement in the AIA began in 1976. She has served as OC Chapter President, California Council President, National Director, National Secretary, and Chancellor of the AIA College of Fellows.
