Abandoned during pivotal years of his youth, Bobby becomes troubled and is following in the footsteps of his older brother. Upon Tommy's release, he finds out about Bobby's involvement with Jason, an old friend, and must now give Bobby a way out of the crime surrounded streets of Brooklyn, New York. However, it becomes unclear who the real enemy is as Tommy's past with the law catches up with him.
