NOTE: The work of SLD Artistic Director, Diana Pettersen, will be performed at every show; as will the choreography of SLD Soloist, Susanne McHugh. Works choreographed by Sans Limites Dance will be performed by Lyric Anderson, Tyler Clark, Linsey Lykowski, Susanne McHugh, Ashley McQueen & Debbie Schneider.
*Diana Pettersen, Artistic Director of Sans Limites Dance, is a Queens-based
choreographer and cultural producer. She has trained with Ballet Hispanico, Mark Morris Dance Group, Martha Graham School, and Tiffany Mills Company. She attended Manhattanville College, concentrating in choreography under the mentorship of Peter Pucci and Ara Fitzgerald, graduating with Distinction and receiving an award for
"Notable Investigations as an Emerging Choreographer". As Artistic Director of SLD, she has produced five dance series featuring her own repertoire alongside the work of diverse choreographers in New York City.
**Mersiha Mesihovic, Founder & Artistic Director of CircuitDebris, is a Bosnian/Swedish, NYC- based dance artist, curator, cultural organizer and teaching artist whose work is primarily interested in human behavior, movement invention and pushing boundaries of what dance should address. Most recently Mesihovic was hailed as "Rising NYC Choreographer" by TheWorldDances.com and CircuitDebris referred to as a vibrant, eclectic and fresh NYC Dance company to watch. Mesihovic has taught her unique Movement Invention/Composition workshops in the United States and abroad.
