Slow Food Northern NJ Film Screening
Join us for a screening of the fascinating film Vanishing of the Bees. A Q&A session with a local NJ beekeeper after the screening will give you the opportunity to find out more about the challenges of setting up a local apiary, and the current 'hot topics' in the beekeeping world.
The film-screening is free, and will commence at 1.30 p.m.
A honey-themed vegetarian/non-vegetarian lunch is available for $10, before the film. Vegans can also be accommodated (please call Amanda on 908 432 2269 to request).
Ticket sales will end midday on Saturday April 14th.
Organic popcorn will also be available to purchase on the day to enjoy during the film.
If the weather cooperates and allows him to collect honey, the beekeeper will offer tastings as well as honey for purchase.
