When President Jimmy Carter spoke for the World Affairs Council in January, he stated that America could become a superpower a champion of peace, human rights, environmental quality, and generosity with the work of our leaders and citizens. What are the top foreign affairs issues that should be discussed as we select our next president in November? We face global threats and challenges, from staying competitive against China to dealing with current and future conflicts in the Middle East. What does the future of America as a global power look like, and what can be done to best navigate these challenges? Michael Moran, a leading geostrategy analyst, will provide his personal insight into the future of America's political and economic spheres and will guide us in exploring what foreign policy strategies may be the most beneficial to the future of the United States and the global economy.
