Dining + Design | Westside

Food and design come together at Dining + Design Westside. Join Chris Faussemagne, developer of White Provision, and local restaurateurs from Rocket Farm, West Egg / Oddbird and Little Trouble for thoughtful discussion on collaboration, restaurant design, adaptive reuse and the partnership between food and space. The Dining + Design Westside walking and restaurant tour will begin on the Westside Provision District bridge over the rail line for an overview on the design and development of White Provision and bringing new life to the century-old historic meat packing complex.

Guests will first hear background on the adaptive reuse property White Provision from its developer, Chris Faussemagne. Next, attendees will stroll to West Egg's fried chicken-themed pop-up Oddbird for snacks; then to cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at Ford Fry's Marcel restaurant, and end at Victory Brands' new Little Trouble cocktail bar for more bites and a nightcap. Along the way, guests will also hear from Chef Ford Fry, restaurateur and designer Ian Jones, and designers from local architecture and design firm Square Feet Studio.

- The event will begin at 6:00pm on the Westside Provisions District bridge in the center of the complex above the rail line.
