Amy Goodman of Democracy Now! in Houston for KPFT
On Saturday, March 31, at 6 pm, Amy Goodman will be featured at a fundraiser for KPFT after delivering the keynote address to the 1st annual Civil Rights Coalition Conference at Houston Community College - West Loop Campus
The 6 pm event will be an informal meet and greet with Amy, where attendees can talk personally and informally with the host of Democracy Now!
Dinner, wine and other beverages, and dessert will be served to all attendees.
If you haven't been able to go to New York for a dinner and a show with Amy (or even if you have) this is a great opportunity to talk and break bread with one of journalism's most important practitioners and producer of one of the best news journals on the air.
