Dinner and a Dream
The Las Vegas Celtic Society and The Queen Victoria Pub are proud to introduce a Seven Course pairing with seven single malt scotch whiskeys concluding with a tasting of the rare Glenfiddich's "A Cask of Dreams."
The Cask of Dreams is a limited release of only 3500 bottles and is ONLY available in the United States. The whiskey comprising this expression consists of American oak casks ranging from 14 to 16 years old.
Conducting this sensory event will be Ray Pearson a nationally recognized whiskey expert and Paul Bisset, editor of SLANGE single malt newsletter. They will educate and entertain you while answering any whiskey questions that may arise.
The evening will progress with seven Tapas style courses, each with a food sampling paired with a single malt scotch chosen to compliment the dish. The "Cask of Dreams" will be piped in at the end of the meal, an honor to its uniqueness in the whiskey world.
