A Gleam in Their Eye
This 3-hour tour will introduce you to food entrepreneurs who've turned their dreams and favorite recipes into successful businesses. We'll start by learning about Ohio's best known food entrepreneur, Cheryl Krueger, of Cheryl's Cookies fame. Next we'll travel to Food Fort, a food business incubator to tour their on-site commissary and food truck operation. We'll finish up by exploring the exquisite Glass Rooster Cannery and licensed kitchen where putting food by is the name of the game. See how home grown produce is canned, review the classes that are offered, and tour the community garden and grounds.
