Free Class: Cooking for Healthy Living
During this hands-on class you will learn new cooking techniques and wellness concepts while preparing a fresh, healthy, organic, whole foods based meal. Experience Bastyr University Clinic's whole person health approach in our state-of-the-art teaching kitchen with nutrition professional Fernanda Larson,MS,CN.
In this first class of the series you will learn how to make:
- Wholesome Corn Chowder - Better than P.F. Chang's Tofu Lettuce Wraps - Sumptuous Avocado Lime Mousse
All ingredients and materials are included. Attendees will receive generous samples and printed recipes to take home. Class size limit of 25 people.
