The Side Project
This sultry-pop husband and wife based team went from playing small Spokane venues to having their songs featured internationally on television. Together they have performed thousands of concerts around the Northwest.
Suzie Bradford's vocals are like a smooth sip of nectar. She's been influenced by such artists as Tori Amos, Sarah McLachlan & Aimee Mann, but more often, this Washington-born singer/songwriter draws inspiration from those close to hera community of fantastic friends and musicians.
In 2003 she joined with guitarist/backup vocalist (and now husband) Ben Bradford to start the musical group known as "The Side Project." They quickly began doing what they love best, playing crowd-pleasing adult contemporary music as often as they could. In 2004, after playing all of the largest venues in Spokane, they moved to Seattle, where they finished their second full-length album, and in 2010, they released their third album, "Wake Up Call." The Side Projects' music has also been played in Starbucks across the country and radio stations around the world as well as international T.V. shows such as "So You Think You Can Dance" and "Dancing With The Stars".
Their latest record "Cover Up", featuring unique versions of other peoples songs, was created with the help of the Side Project's stand-up bassist Adrian Libertini, who can be seen at most of their performances as well as violinist Titus Munteanu. New recordings and songwriting are always a focus for the band as they move forward into a bright future with music.
