A storytelling extravaganza and dance party, to celebrate 5 years of over-sharing in the name of health, happiness and freedom!
TMI Project will celebrate its five-year anniversary with an evening of storytelling, followed by a dance party with Deejay Ali Gruber spinning, and a champagne/seltzer toast. The event will be held at the 721 Media Center, where TMI Project has its new offices.
Carla Goldstein, CEO of Omega Institute and co-founder of the Women's Leadership Center, will open the night. We will then hear stories from Executive Director and co-founder Eva Tenuto; Marketing Director, co-founder and comic performer Julie Novak; and Editorial Director, Sari Botton, plus stories from previous participants: Valerie Eagle, Diana Freid, Jessieca McNabb, Samuel Osterhout and MariaElena DeValle. Stacey Rein, president of United Way of Ulster County will tell you about our beginnings. Joanne Sandler, former Deputy Executive Director of UNIFEM will say a few words about our recent collaboration with Gender at Work and UN Women. It promises to be a night of uplifting storytelling, many laughs, champagne, cake, dancing and great celebration!
