Dine-Around Dinner at Hospoda
Come savor the delicate, sophisticated flavors of Central Europe at this enchanting Old World-meets-modern-Upper-East-Side newcomer. We'll sample delicious, inventive specialties from Bohemia, Austria, and Bavaria, and wash them down with "the most impeccably draughted beer in America," courtesy of draught master Lukas Svoboda from Prague.
Sample four-course menu:
First: beet salad, yoghurt, hops syrup, malt
Second: pasta pocket, vegetable stuffing, aged pecorino
Third: free-range chicken breast, foie gras, broccolini, hazelnuts
Fourth: confit of duck leg, red cabbage essence, dumpling, apple
Dessert: torn-up pancake, sour cherries, black currant, beer foam
