October 12th 6pm at The Cork and Craft we will put on our eighth installment of the Abnormal Dinner Series. This month we will welcome Societe Brewing Company and Keone Koki, Chef de Cuisine for Commis, a Oakland based restaurant that has held one Michelin Star for the past FIVE years. We are honored to have such high quality talent willing to collaborate with us for one special night.
Societe Brewing Company opened up three years ago and has made a major impact on the San Diego brewing scene ever since they opened their doors at their Kearny Mesa location. Their beers emphasize drinkability and flavor of the brewing ingredients. It was a no brainer to showcase their beers with our style of food.
Commis is Oakland's first Michelin-starred restaurant (2011-2015) and offers prefixe menus based around seasonal ingredients. Keoni Koki, their Chef de Cuisine will be flying down for this event and can't wait to collaborate with Phil Esteban and his team.
