Nicene - Barrel Aged Farmhouse Saison 2015 Release

ABOUT THE BEER:

Council Brewing is proud to announce our ninth barrel aged bottle release and the second year of Nicene, Barrel Aged Farmhouse Style Saison. Nicene has completed its bottle conditioning and secondary fermentation (carbonation) process and is ready to be released.

Nicene was brewed with traditional Saison ingredients to provide a rustic, bready malt backbone and paired with the tropical fruit forward wine and French oak notes achieved from the white wine barrels. Over time, Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus will continue to develop the gentle sourness and earthy flavors.

This is a limited release of 1875 bottles. Limit (6) bottles per person.

BOTTLE PURCHASE DETAILS:
Beginning on September 21st, 2015 at 12:00 PM, you will be able to purchase up to (6) 750 ml bottles of Nicene.

BOTTLE PICK UP DATES - September 30th, 2015 - October 31st, 2015. Bottles not picked up by October 31st, 2015 will be surrendered back to Council Brewing Co. No Refunds. No exceptions.

RELEASE PARTY:
We will be hosting a release party on Wednesday September 30th, 2015 throughout the entire day (2pm-9PM). We will have a keg of Nicene on tap this day. (Tasters and 10 oz pours of Nicene are sold separately and not included in purchase price of bottles.)

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Please use your name when purchasing the bottles. Only you may pick up the bottles. PROXIES are NOT allowed. You may not purchase bottles under another person's name. To retrieve your bottles, you will be required to show your proof of purchase (your "Brown Paper Tickets" ticket) and valid ID for the purchase of alcohol and to ensure your name matches to your bottle purchase. Must be 21+ years of age to purchase alcohol.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please note that we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.

SHIPPING:
Council Brewing will not ship the bottles. Bottles must be retrieved at the tasting room during regular tasting room hours.
