Sante Adairius Tasting & Tour
Be one of the first to visit Santa Cruz's newest brewery! Sante Adairius focuses on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic beers that are approachable and unique. They pull from their home brewing background to build beers that pay homage to tradition, but break new ground in American brewing techniques and flavors. They describe themselves as "brewers of big ideas in very small batches"!
Your ticket includes a private Slow Food Santa Cruz tasting and brewery tour. Please bring a snack to pair with beer (cheese, nuts, pickles, cured meats, be creative!). Additional beer will be available for purchase after the guided tasting.
