Come join The Carnival of Curiosity & Chaos in an interactive flesh hook suspension experience. Feature performances of Play Piercing, Energy Pulls & Choreographed Hook Suspensions by company members with video imagery throughout the evening.The act of suspension is hanging the body from hooks pierced through the flesh in various places around the body. This is an interactive event where those interested in experiencing Flesh Hook Suspension for yourself can have that opportunity.
There are many different reasons to suspend from pure adrenaline or endorphin rush, to conquering ones fears, to try to reach a new level of spiritual consciousness and everything in between. People suspend to attain some sort of experience: a deeper sense of themselves to a spiritual encounter to let go of the fear of not being complete inside their body .Others are looking to take control over their body, or seek to prove to themselves that they are more than their bodies, or are not their bodies at all. Others simply seek to explore the unknown.
