Sunday Nights with...
The Sanctuary in Brentwood is most grateful for the amazing range of talented musicians who have agreed to be part of our inaugural year of "Sunday Night With " concerts. The basic concept is that these musicians will sing or play the classics of a musician or genre that have shaped and moved them. We encourage you to join us to be moved in your own ways and find the nourishment for your souls that these classics of various genres can deliver.
Blues Hall of Fame, Master Blues Artist Dalanah Gail Bowen pays tribute to world renowned Gospel and Blues artist Mahalia Jackson. This concerts is in benefit of DECA (the Downtown Eastside Community Arts Centre). In addition to this heart-lifting night of music there will be a silent auction prior to the concert and during the break.
